Political posters are everywhere in Japan - everywhere! Oftentimes they have the names of the candidates written in hiragana as opposed to kanji for some reason or other, but this one stands out - in Ichikawa, just east of Tokyo for the fact that pictured with the local boy (on the left) is a former top ranking minister named Taro Aso if my memory is correct. Also, IIANM, ’twas old Taro who stood up at some global conference or other (foreign ministers) and introduced himself to foreign ministers from across the developed world as Japan’s representative, and said he likes, has a passion for - or some similar phrase -  manga comic books…………. (nuff said methinks) ……………..
