It is said that the roof tops of Paris are as romantic as anything seen at street level. While Tokyo may not rival Paris in the romance stakes, the rooftops do have that certain je ne sais quoi - wouldn’t you say? The old mixed in with the new. The tall with the short, and the colorful with the bland. Get up high somewhere and look for yourself.
