Bobby V as the NY Mets fans call good old Mr. Valentine - manager of the Chiba Lotte Marines baseball team. Probably one of the most gifted franchise managers in the Japanese game, BV led the Marines to a Japan Series title a few years ago and has really turned things around at Marine Stadium with ‘offers’ and events on almost every game day - including the popular (with kids) running around the bases and (with the dads) one coin - (500 yen) beer. Tokyo Dome, home of the Giants is 800 yen!!!
